Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 C skim milk
    3 tbsp natural honey
    1/3 natural peanut butter
    3 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional)
    1 C quick oats
    8 scoops chocolate whey powder

Tips

U can add more milk if the mixture is dry, it will be VERY sticky when spreading it.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except peanuts, spread into glass baking dish. Sprinkle peanuts onto bars. Put in the fridge for 35-45 mins. Cut into ten pieces.
