Ingredients

    Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk (1 can)
    Carnation Evaporated Milk (1/2 can)
    Sargento Artisan Blend Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese ( 2 cups)
    Sargento Mozzerella Cheese (2 cups),
    Butter (1/2 stick)
    Barilla Elbow Macaroni (14 oz box)

Tips

you can use all 2% milk and cheese for a lower calorie dish.


Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on box, and drain. Place into 9x13 baking dish.

Melt butter into evaporated milk in medium saucepan. Slowly melt all but 1/2c of cheddar cheese into the milk and butter mixture.

Pour hot cheese sauce over macaroni. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sir. Smooth out with spoon. Sprinkle 1/2c of cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350degrees.
