Introduction

I love the taste of tahini and this dip goes well with many snacks. I love the taste of tahini and this dip goes well with many snacks.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbsp of Tahini (Sesame paste)
    1/2 cup of Low fat yogurt, plain
    Dash of Salt
    Water


Directions

Mix all ingredients with a spoon and add water to your taste, depending on the desired consistency.

you can add finely cut fresh herbs (mint, parsley, cilantro) or spices (cumin, paprika)

It can be used as salad dressing, to spread on sandwiches, or to dip vegetables. Serving size is aprox 2 tbsp.
