Ingredients

    - 1 lb. chicken thigh, boneless, skinless.
    - 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
-1 to 2 tbsp fish sauce
    - thumb size fresh ginger smash up flat
    - 1 brown onion
    - 2 lb. of dark green vegetable or cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, leak

Directions

I think the main ingredients for this dish/soup are ginger, fish sauce, chicken, and any kind of vegetable that your family like. Serves 3

1. Boil 8 cups of water with onion and ginger. Then add the chicken in. Reduce heat to simmer and skim the surface occasionally to remove impurities. Cook until the chicken is done about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Add the vegetable in for about 5 minutes or until it is tender.
3. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Sprinkle with cilantro and ground pepper and serve with steam rice.
