Ingredients

    VegAll Canned Mixed Vegetables
    Mushrooms, small can
    Black Beans, 1 can, drained & rinsed
    Whole Kernel Corn, 1 can
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Minestrone Soup, 1 can
    Chicken Broth, 1 can
    Chicken, cooked and sliced or chopped

Tips

I buy pre-cooked chicken, which is why the listed prep time is so low. Please adjust the prep time if you are cooking the chicken yourself.

I also add Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. You could omit the chicken and substitute the chicken broth with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pot. (Don't drain the liquid on anything except the black beans.) Bring to a boil and turn to simmer.

Serving Size: Makes about 12-14 1-cup servings
