Ingredients

    I Pot Roast (1 lb)
    5 red potatoes (1/2 lb)
    2 cans green beans
    1 large onion
    1 large can beef broth
    Cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    Baby Carrots
    1 cup barley

Tips

You can omit the potatoes. I actually cook a beef roast with Potatoes and carrots. The left over beef is then left to cook after adding the broth and barley for soup. Mushrooms can also be added with the green beans.


Directions

add everything but the beans to a crock pot and let cook at least 8 hours. Add the green beans and water to get desired consistancy. I cook overnight and then let sit in the fridge for the day so that the flavors can meld. Shred the beef and cut vegitables into smaller pieces before serving.
