Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
    4 cups cooked spaghetti squash
    4 cups chopped baby spinach
    1 lb. cooked ground turkey
    1 c. onion diced
    1 c. chicken stock

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine
and mix turkey, spinach, squash, onion
and chicken stock in medium size bowl.
Consistency should be relatively thick.
Pour mixture into casserole dish. Top
mixture with cheddar cheese. Bake covered
for 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue
baking for 10 minutes.
