Ingredients


    1 pound ground beef
    2 cups chopped Celery,
    1 cup chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp Chili powder
    2 qts low sodium tomato juice of V8 Vegetable Juice
    2 cans cut Green Beans, drained

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions, celery and green pepper. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and add meat and simmer for 1 hour. Add 2 cans drained cut green beans and simmer until warm.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings

    This recipe is the one I remember from way back when. I changed it just a little and added 2 cans of mexican tomatoes with chilis, tomato juice and 4 heaping tablespoons of medium salsa. Awesomeness!!!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 1/19/19
