Ingredients

5 Baking Potatoes
2/3 c Margerine
12 slices Bacon
1 c Flour
7 c milk
4 green onions chopped fine
11/4 c cheese
1 c sour cream
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
Tips
I peel the potatoes, so my 1 yr old can enjoy the soup too. Make with homemade garlic butter drop biscuits.
Directions
Bake Potatoes at 450degrees for 40min turning at 15 minutes. Cook bacon in pan til cooked then dice up and set aside. Melt butter in pan and add flour until it thickens then slowly add milk. Cut potatoes to size. Next put potatoes in, then bacon, shrimp, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionaly. Adjust salt & pepper to your personal taste. Then serve.
