Ingredients

    1 cup cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 Tbsp. miso
    1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast, or more to taste
    2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
    Sea salt to taste

Tips

Recipe makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.


Directions

Drain cashews and add along with other ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.

Add more nutritional yeast to get a thicker, nuttier and cheesier consistency.
