Number of Servings: 4


    12 oz lean top round steak, thin sliced across the grain
    10 oz fresh chopped broccoli
    5 oz fresh snow peas
    1 c fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c fresh bean sprouts
    2 cloves garlic
    1T olive oil or sesame oil
    1/4 light soy sauce
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1/2T rice wine vinegar


Mix together soy, brown sugar and vinegar set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large deep skillet. Add meat stir fry about 3 minutes with the garlic. Add mushrooms stir about 3 minutes and broccoli cook about 4 minutes and snow peas toss for about 3 minutes pour in soy mixture stir about 2 minutes and serve over brown rice or brown wild rice mix.
