Ingredients

    about 2 cups cooked shrimp
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cups mixed stir fry vegetables (fresh or frozen)
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 cups white rice

Tips

I used a lot of shortcuts with this recipe
I buy cooked frozen shrimp
I use Uncle Ben's ready rice
and I buy a package of fresh stir fry veggies from the grocery store
This a a great quick meal for those of us who work or are too busy to really put a lot of effort into cooking.


Directions

saute the vegetables in garlic and soy sauce
add cooked shrimp, heat thoroughly
serve on top of cooked white rice
