Ingredients

    Flour, whole grain, 4 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.3 cup, hulled
    Wheat germ, crude, 0.3 cup
    Molasses, 2 tbsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 0.5 cup
    Yeast, bakers, 0.5 ounce
    Barley, pearled, cooked, 1.5 cup
    Salt, 1.25 tsp
    water 2 cups

Tips

when wating for the dough to raise, may place the bowl into another bowl filled with warm water, cover with damp cloth. Baking sheet may be covered with some flour, if using nonstick, nothing additional is needed.


Directions

Proof: in a bowl: add yeast to 2 cups of water, where sugar and molasses were diluted, mix, set aside for about 20 min or until yeast turns into foam.
In a bread maker: once yeast is ready, pour the foamy liquid in the container, add 2 tbsp of oil, salt, 4 cups of flour and remaining ingredients( save remaining oil for the bowl greasing). let the machine do the kneading, meanwhile pour the remaining oil into the bowl( should be smooth with high walls). once the kneading is completed, place the dough into the greased bowl, and turnit around covering all the surface with oil. Let stand in the warm place until doubles in size( approx 1 hour). bake on 350 F for 30 min
