Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions

Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
Combine shredded cabbage, cream of mushroom soup, beef and onions, and garlic in a large bowl.

In a 9x13 baking dish, layer with 1 tube of crescent rolls, pinching together seams. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes so the bottom starts to cook.

Pull back out of oven and fill with beef/cabbage mixture. Top with cheese. Add the other tube of crescent rolls to top, no need to pinch seams together.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. If top starts to turn too brown, cover with aluminum foil and continue baking.
