Ingredients

    1 Cup Quaker One-Minute Oats
    3/4 Cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
    1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. Cloves
    1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. Honey
    1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
    3 Tbsp. Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend

Tips

*You can divide into 24 balls if you prefer
*Vegan---Based on a Vegan diet that includes honey...if you do not include honey in your vegan diet, substitute with maple syrup or something of similar consistency.


Directions

Combine the oats, brown sugar, spices and salt In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Add in the Peanut Butter and the honey and mix until consistent. Now, begin to add flour one Tbsp. at a time until somewhat crumbly. Roll into 16 1-inch balls and place on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-20 minutes or until slightly browned, but still soft. Cool and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 16 Individual Power Bites
