    iceburg lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    scallion
    red pepper
    carrot
    Italian dressing
    sugar

Directions

Mix Italian dressing with sugar and set aside. Peel and seed cucumber. Dice all vegatables in small pieces. Twenty minutes prior to serving mix in dressing.
