Ingredients

1 scoop of protein powder (I prefer chocolate)
1 cup almond milk
15 grams (approx 1/8c) raw almonds
1 Tbsp peanut butter
4 ice cubes
1/2 Tbsp agave nectar
1 Tbsp ground flax

Directions
Pour almond milk into blender (it will save you a measuring cup). Add the rest of your ingredients. Cover and blend. Shorter time will give you a more ice/shake texture and longer will give you a smoother less chunky texture, so blend to your desired consistency. That's it!
