Ingredients

    One package of imitation crab
    2 packages of fish cake
    1/2 roll of pork sausage (jimmy deans)
    1 pak choi (chinese cabbage)
    1 cup frozen peas
    6-8 cups chicken broth (fat free low sodium)
    2 large eggs
    Pepper to taste

Tips

Really good with french bread.
The fish cakes used were the red kamaboku fish cake. Any type of fish cake will do though.


Directions

slice fish cakes,
brown sausage, discard oil
Add first 6 ingredients to stock pot, bring to a boil. Scramble eggs in a small bowl. Slowly add to stock pot while stirring. Add pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes about 12-1 cup servings
