Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 6oz can of solid white albacore tuna
    1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
    1 Cup canned chickpeas
    1 Cup Chopped Broccoli (I generally only use the head...)
    1/2 Cup copped/sliced cucumber
    1/2 Cup chopped celery
    1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
    1/4 cup chopped/thinly sliced red onions
    Salt and Pepper


Directions

In medium size bowl combine all ingredients using salt and pepper to taste. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

Great alone as a salad on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filler.

Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
