Introduction

An easy and colorful vegetarian taco that even meat lovers will love! An easy and colorful vegetarian taco that even meat lovers will love!

Ingredients

    1 large red onion chopped
    1 large green bell pepper chopped
    1 large red bell pepper chopped
    1 can of black beans drained
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    8 flour tortillas
    1 cup of shredded cheese
    sour cream

Tips

Cook in a large wok as it will yield a lot.


Directions

Cook peppers and onion over medium to high heat until soft. Add to the pan black beans, taco seasoning, and the amount of water indicated on the packet of seasoning. Cook until liquid reduces. Scoop 1/2 cup of mixture onto a flour tortilla. Top with sour cream and cheese.
