Introduction

Mix olive oil, crushed garlic and spices together in a measuring cup. Slice potatoes into wedges or fries. Put potatoes into a large bag and pour in the oil. Ingredients

    6 large russet potatoes
    4-5 cloves garlic
    1/4-1/3 cup olive oil
    spices of your choice. I used a cajun spice but any work.

Tips

Add whatever spices you like.


Directions

Bake at 375 for one hour maybe a bit more or less depending on the oven. I always stir them with a spatula to make sure they don't stick to the bottom.
