Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeat
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 1/2 cup non fat milk
    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil





Directions

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl Add a little more milk if batter is too thick. This recipe will yeild about 10-11 5 inch pancakes
Pour batter onto heated grill into pancakes and cook until done
