Ingredients

    Cod (fish), 10 oz
    Boiled Potato (baked potatoes), 8 cup
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Savory, ground, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Olive oil.

Directions

Boil cod, then pour off salty water and boil again for 30 minutes. Mash into small flakes. Boil potatoes, mash and let cool. Puree beans into a paste by adding a little amount of water if necessary. Saute onion in small amount of olive oil. When all have cooled, combine the cod, potatos, onion, beans,savory, pepper in a bowl. Form into small cakes the size of your hand/palm. Lay on a baking sheet with parchment and brush with a tiny amount of olive oil. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes on each side. They will turn golden. Serve with salad.
