Ingredients

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter 1 tbsp,
strawberry jam, 1 tbsp
Sweet potato, cooked, .4oz
Baked Potatoe, 2oz
English Muffin, 3 oz
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Feta Cheese, 1 oz
Egg, 1 large
Peppers Red Bell 2 tbsp
Milk, 2 tsp
Tips
use leftover vegtables for quiker preperation
the english muffun is best when almost hard
Directions
place skillet on stove on medium heat.
dice onions and pepers.
grease skillet.
and place pepers and onions in skillet.
next dice sweet potato and white potatoe and place in skillet, cook until a potatoes are cooked through.
Crack the egg in a seperate bowl and add milk, whisk throuroghly untill soft golden and light and fluffy.
pour egg mixture into the cooked vegtibles.
sprinkle the Feta cheese into the egg and vegitable mixture.
cut English muffing in half and toast for 3-4 min.
cook egg and vegitable mixture for about 3 -4 minutes
when egg mixture is cooked put on plate.
put the english muffun on plate and spray butter and spread jam.
