Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 2 cups cooked
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup uncooked
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 4 tbsp
    Seasoning Salt, 3 tbsp
    Dried thyme
    green onion chopped
    1 scotch bonnet pepper uncut(very important)
    4 cups water

Directions

Bring beans in 1 cup water, cream and spices to a boil.
Add rice and stir. Boil on high until rice rises above water and lower until water completely dissolves-approximately 30 mins.
