Introduction

I add spices to taste, like garlic, paprika, cajun spice, salt and pepper. I add spices to taste, like garlic, paprika, cajun spice, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

    1 cup rice
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can Pink Salmon drained
    1 can corn drained
    1 can Green beans adrained
    1 Tablespoon coconut oil
    2 - 1/2 cups water
    1 tsp curry powder
    garlic powder
    paprika, cajun spice
    Spike to taste

    Brown rice in oil, then add onion and cook.
    Add Salmon and break it up
    Add water and stir
    Add spices to taste.
    Bring to boil and simmer covered 20 minutes.
    Serve with lemon juice if liked.

Tips

Celery can be added if desired.
I garnish with a lemon wedge.My husband used to like this.
