Introduction

Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix
3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 cup water
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Tips
I added cinnamon and nutmeg. You may not need the entire cup of water.. gradually add the water to ensure the batter isn't too moist.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the bottom of a bread pan using light EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
Combine all ingredients and mix until blended.
Pour into the pan and bake as follows.
1 8x4in. pan - 45-55min.
1 9x5in. pan - 40-50min.
3 3x5in. pan - 35-45min.
Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
