Ingredients

6 c. Spring greens or favorite mixed greens
1 c. shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix (no dressings)
1/2. c. raspberries (or favorite berry)
1 c. mandarin oranges
Dressing:
3 T. Balsamic vinegar
1 T. chocolate syrup
2 T. canola oil or olive oil
1 tsp. deli mustard (ie. Grey Poupon)
1 tsp. green onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. Guave Nectar
* May add 1 packet of Spenda for added sweetness to dressing and for low carbohydrate
Tips
This salad is very versatile! Add whatever fruit or greens you prefer. A few nuts on top are great addition!
Directions
In food processor, combine balsamic vinegar, chocolate syrup, oil, mustard, scallions, salt and guave nectar and blend until creamy. Set aside.
Place greens, cabbage and fruit into large salad bowl. Drizzle with above dressing.
