Ingredients

    soy sauce, reduced sodium 1 cup
    balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
    honey 1 tbsp
    garlic powder

Directions

Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey in a bowl (one that can be used to marinate meat in). Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. This helps melt the honey. Mix in garlic powder or minced garlic. How much depends on how much garlic you like.

Marinate beef (skirt or flank), chicken or pork for about 20 minutes. Drain then cook meat.
