    3 ounce portion of rainbow trout
    1 teaspoon of Hellman's Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon of Kikkoman Panko Japanese Style Panko Bread Crumbs
    1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese, Shaved

    Lemon Pepper seasoning to taste
    Non-stick spray
    Parchment paper


May need less mayo.
You will want to add just a very thin layer of mayonnaise.


Put a piece of parchment paper large enough to hold fish on a baking pan. Spray the sheet of parchment paper with nonstick spray. Rinse rainbow trout and pat dry. Put the rainbow trout on the sprayed parchment paper. Spread thin layer of Hellman's Canola mayo. Season with lemon pepper. Sprinkle on the Panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Fold the parchment paper around the fish to form a pouch. Staple the ends of the parchment paper to seal it. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until fish flakes.
