Ingredients

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Filtered Water
1 Cup frozen berries (I use frozen, unsweetened, sweet cherries)
3 Tablespoons (1 heaping 1/8 cup scoop) Organic, pure hemp powder (contains 16g protein)
Tips
If using other berries and you need it a little sweeter, add a tablespoon or two of pure grape juice concentrate to taste.
We also originally made this with yogurt, but the hemp was fairly gritty when yogurt was added.
