    3/4 Cup firm tofu cut into small cubes
    3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
    1/2 Cup 2% Milk
    Soy Milk / Protein Drink (13 g protein)
    1/4 cup minced Sweet Red Pepper
    1/4 cup minced Sweet White
    1 Tsp Black Pepper
