Ingredients

    1 can(15 oz.) black beans
    1 cup corn, or 1 can (15 oz.) corn
    1 can of Rotel
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion chopped small
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Tips

If you want it stronger, organic onions are the way to go! I've always used mild Rotel but there are other Rotel optios too.
