Ingredients

1 Toufayan whole wheat pita
2 large eggs
1/3 cup skim milk
1 cup baby spinach
1/3 cup turkey sausage crumbles
1/4 cheese
2 tbsp Light Miracle Whip
assorted spices
5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Tips
This is a great base for all kinds of other veggies - mushrooms, peppers, etc. Very easy to change up for variety.
Directions
Spray skillet and heat on medium heat. Add spinach & sausage crumbles. Stir until spinach is wilted and sausage starts to brown. In bowl, combine eggs, milk and spices. Beat until frothy. Add egg mixture to skillet with spinach and sausage.
Cut pita in half and cover with damp paper towel on microwave safe plate. Heat for 15 seconds on high. Spread 1 tbsp of Miracle Whip in each pita half and divide the cheese evenly between the two halves.
When eggs are desired firmness, stuff each pita half with scramble mixture. Enjoy!
