Introduction

Soooo good, even my picky husband and son liked it. Soooo good, even my picky husband and son liked it.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I large head of cauliflower, cooked and mashed to make a cup full, drained
    1/4 lb of salted butter
    2 fl ounces of heavy cream
    1 tsp minced garlic
    sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Tips

If your head of cauliflower makes up more than a cup, then add more butter and cream and divide it into more servings.
Optional: May top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese of choice for more fat and protein.


Directions

Chop the cauliflower and steam or boil it until tender. Drain well. Add butter and stir while it melts. Add cream until desired consistency, about an ounce.

Serving Size: Makes one 1-cup serving
