Introduction
Banana Bread baked with Garbanzo bean flour, almond flour, oat flour and ground flax seed. Make sure bananas are very ripe! Combine all wet ingredients then add dry. Ingredients

1 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/2 c almond flour
1/2 c Old Fashion oats- ground
2 T flax seed- ground
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Ripe Bananas, mashed (about 3)
1/2 c Splenda
3/4 c plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt
2 large eggs
4 T unsweetened applesauce
Opt- 1/2 c chopped walnuts (not included in nutrition information)
Tips
Could substitute oat flour for all almond flour to reduce carbohydrates. Could substitute 1/2 of applesauce for butter to reduce sugar.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Use coffee grinder to grind oatmeal and flax seed to flour.
Combine wet ingredients. Add dry. Mix well. Pour into well greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until bread is completely cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 6- 2" slices
