1-2 small sliced shallots
0.25 cup diced baby bella mushroom slices
1 tbspn soy sauce, no salt added
0.15 cup no salt tomato sauce
0.15 cup veggie brand cheese shreds, mozzarello flavor
one Joseph's pita bread halved
Tips
Top with Greek Yogurt or salad/tomato mix for more refreshing pocket.
Directions
Cut all fat from stew meat, slice 1/4 " slices.
Slice two small shallots and baby bella mushrooms.
Marinate with no salt added soy sauce and tomato sauce. Wait 15 -60 mins.
Brown meat over low flame, cooking well. When meat is done, remove from heat and spread shreds of cheese, wait to wilt. Transfer to pita pockets.
