Ingredients
-
1/4 cup low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
4 ounces skim milk
4-6 ounces of cold, strong coffee (double the amount of coffee to the same amount of water you normally use)
2 ice cubes
Tips
You may add in more ice if your blender has room to make a thicker drink.
**This version is my version, and it isn't very sweet. I think the store-bought versions are way too sweet.
**If you make extra coffee, you'll have it already chilled for the next time. Store leftover coffee in fridge.
Directions
Make coffee as usual except double the amount of coffee. I use 6 cups of water and 1/2 cup of ground coffee (1/2 caf Maxwell House). Let the coffee cool (at least 30 minutes) if you can wait that long.
Add 4 ounces of skim milk in measuring cup. Pour milk into blender.
Add 4-6 ounces of cold, strong coffee to measuring cup, then pour in blender.
Add 1/4 cup frozen vanilla yogurt to blender
Add 2 ice cubes.
Blend.
Serve.
Enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes one approximately 12 ounce drink
