    Cucumber: 6 small, diced
    Onion: 1/2 of a whole, diced
    Beans: 1 can (15.5oz)
    Tomatoes: 2 medium, diced
    Salt & Pepper to taste

    Olive Oil: 1 TBSP
    Cider Vinegar: 2 TBSP
    Water: 1 TBSP
    Dijon: 1 tsp
    Honey: 1 tsp


Combine all "Salad" Ingredients into a mixing/serving bowl.

Combine all "Dressing" ingredients into a sealable container and shake well.

Coat salad with dressing, toss well, and refrigerate until serving time.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 160 grams each.
