Ingredients

2 large eggs
5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Tips
In a well seasoned cast iron skillet I didn't even need to add any butter to the pan. And I thought it needed just a little salt at the table.
Directions
Quarter cherry tomatoes. Whisk all the ingredients together and pour into an oven safe pan (I used a small cast iron skillet) . Bake in the oven at about 375 for 15 minutes. Plate and eat!
