    8 Raspberries
    6 Strawberries
    8 Blackberries
    1T Fresh chopped mint
    3 Slices fresh ginger, peeled
    1-Cup chopped spinach
    1 Clementine, peeled
    ½ Orange, peeled
    1/8 lemon, peeled
    ½ scoop protein shake (shakeology)
    1T ground flax seed

    Optional:
    ½ Kiwi, peeled
    ½ granny smith apple, cored with peel (wash)
