Introduction

Those are yummy and extra healthy! Most importantly they are RAW! Those are yummy and extra healthy! Most importantly they are RAW!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Red Bell peppers 2 large
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Kale, 1500 grams (3-4 bunches)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp (per taste)

Tips

You can modify coating per your liking, a lot of people like to add nutritional east for extra cheesy flavor, but we like it just like it is.


Directions

Blend all ingredients except kale in your blender, thats your coating, then take stems out of kale and cut it in a bite size pieces. Coat kale well in a coating and place on a dehydrator or over sheets. Dehydrate overnight at 115F or place in the oven on the lowest setting with the door slightly open.

    These are addictive, so I never make more than a week worth, separate them into baggies and try my best to stay away ;)
