Ingredients

    3C oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/2 C peanut butter
    1C skim milk (I use 2%)
    Dash of Cinnamon (1tablespoon)
    4 scoops whey protein

Directions

Mix together in a 6x9 dish. Refrigerate overnight and cut into 8 bars.
