    8 Tiny Tomatoes

    1/4 cup cooked quinoa

    1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

    1 Tbsp Unsalted sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp Light Rasberry Walnut Salad Dressing


Tips

Cook extra quinoa and freeze in 1/4 cup portions for easy meals in a flash


Directions

Place salad on plate. Top with slaw, tomatoes, seeds, quinoa and dressing.
