Introduction

Much less fatty alternative to the egg and bacon GF pie.
We have chickens, they make too many eggs for us NOT to use them for main meals!

Ingredients

    Single serve:
    One potato, sliced
    4 Raw eggs
    slices of spanish olives stuffed with pimento
    Slices of hard salami
    kabana (we used cheese),sliced
    Grated cheese, half a cup

Tips

This is a varient, the potatoes serve as the pastry. Any pie filling could be used.


Directions

Put a layer of potatoes down, slices of meat and olives, put layers of egg on top (leave whole and unwhisked), keep building up the layers in this order to top layer, sprinkle with cheese and cook in an oven around 210 degrees celcius until cooked.
