1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/4 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Tbsp. Kraft 25% Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Metamucil Fibre (unflavoured)
3 or 4 Ice-cubes
1/2 cup water
Tips
You may want to add extra sweetener or fruit if the shake isn't sweet enough for you.

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy. :)
