Ingredients

    Chicken Breasts without Skin
    Onion 1/2 chopped
    Celery chopped
    Carrots
    Canned Tomato - crushed (or plum cut up)
    Lentis
    Barley
    Navy Beans
    Orzo Pasto
    Rosemary
    Oregano
    Basil
    Parsley
    Bay Leat
    Chicken Broth

Directions

Cook chicken breast in water with onions and celery until done. Remove chicken - let cool - add vegetables, bean and spices (bay leaf too). Cut up or tear chicken into small pieces add back to stock. Salt and pepper to taste.

Have as a side side or main meal with a salad.
