    Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    Bush's Blackeye Peas, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

Directions

Soak beans over night.
Combine all in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours.
