    2 c. Flour
    1/2 c. Sugar
    2 t. Baking Soda
    2 t. Cinnamon
    1/4 t. Nutmeg
    1/4 t. Salt
    1/4 c. Sour Cream
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) Butter Melted
    1/4 c. Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
    2 Egg Whites
    1 Egg
    1/2 c. Applesauce

    1/8 c. Sugar
    1/6 c. Brown Sugar
    2 t. Cinnamon
    1/8 t. Nutmeg
    1/2 Stick Butter Melted
    2/3 c. Flour


In Medium bowl mix together first 6 ingredients. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and add the remaining cake ingredients. Mix at low speed until well mixed. Pour Batter into 9" round cake pan that was sprayed with cooking spray and set aside. Mix first 5 ingedients for struesel. Add flour to struesel and mix. Should be crumbly. Crumble over cake batter and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. (you can also pour batter into paper lined muffin pan and top with struesel). Serves 16
