Ingredients

    4 cups chopped kale
    1tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup chopped carrots
    8 cups Pacific Natural Foods Free Range Chicken broth
    1 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
    1 tsp sesame oil (to taste)

Directions

In a soup pot, saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add carrots, kale, soy sauce and saute until kale is just tender. Add stock and heat through. Add sesame oil to taste
